What sucks better than your vacuum cleaner?

1) Citibank Credit Card & Customer Service

2) Qatar ground and cabin crew

3) Singnet sales and marketing department and Customer Service

I'll explain the fiascos in a short while. No. 1 & 3 is CIP (complain - in - progress). No. 2 is the worst. Can't even access their website to send them feedbacks. So much for an international company. 5 star airline my foot.
